I had a leaky shower tap. The guy was here 1 hour and changed 3 shark bites. Service fee $125, shark bites about $10 each, taxes about $50, leaving labor for 1 hour $345. Still had a leak. Didn't want to accept visa only wanted cash or transfer. Refused to give me a break down of costs.
I reported them to BBB and Plumbers on Demand still hasn't responded to them. They have another week to respond. I encourage everyone that feels ripped off to contact BBB and lets stop them from doing this to others.
