My cat has urinated on a few spots in our house and the carpets would not come clean of the smell. Gerald at Future Now came over and used his encapsulation process to clean my carpets and IT WORKED!!! Excellent job done and excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Future Now Carpets to anyone.
