Best movers I have ever had Great job! Courteous and very conscious to our needs

We had their team show up ready to work 10 mins earlier than expected. Once they got to work, they got to work. The move wasn't easy; it went from a 3rd floor condo to a 3 story townhouse so there were either long hallways or stairs. In the end, it didn't matter to them as they got the job done without any damage to any of my boxes, furniture including my daughter's crib. Safe to say that I will definitely look to these guys for any of my future moving needs. 5/5

We hired My City Movers to move the contents of our 3 bedroom home that we have lived in for nearly 27 years. The movers were polite and organized and they treated our furniture with care. They even had to move our piano which they managed with not too much difficulty. Before the moving date we ordered boxes and bins which they delivered on the day they said. The loading went like clockwork but the unload wasn't so easy as some of the contents needed to be reloaded as it had to be taken to the back of the house. The movers worked very hard and were good to keep communicating with us and each other to ensure everything was taken to the right place. We are very thankful we hired My City Movers instead of trying to move it ourselves. Thank you My City for the great service!

I don’t see that much care on our furnitures. The beds and couch were not covered with blanket. I didn’t remove the bed sheets because I assumed they will cover it with blankets. Our bed frame was broken. They said the screws were old and couldn’t put back again. But I saw the one broken was the brace between headboard and footboard. They were broken into 2. They were good guys, but don’t see too much professionalism there.

3 wonderful men took care of our furniture, re assembled our beds and in all were wonderful to work with, would highly recommend.

I contacted My City Movers to move my mom from Vancouver to Vancouver Island. From the first point from the customer service team through working with the movers and then settling the invoice, I was very much impressed with the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The guys that moved my house were super friendly, professional, hard-working, and always thinking FOR me, which greatly reduced the stress of my 'move day'. Even though I was advised that wardrobe boxes would be included in the truck, there were none on the day of the move. But Travis and Greg (lead movers) were right on top of it, and said they had a solution right away. Their confidence and knowledge in what they're doing made my move virtually stress-free. They consulted with me regularly with diplomacy and respect. Nothing was broken, they came in right at the quote with no extra fees, as well as with the time allotment. There were 4 guys in total and they ALL were rockstars. I could tell they really cared about me during my move, not just in moving my stuff from one location to the next. I will recommend My City Movers to everyone!

The Movers team arrived on time, very punctual. They were very careful in handling the boxes, no damage or breakage experienced. In a couple of hours they have completed the tasks. They've done a great job! Thanks to the TEAM!

Simply Amazing. Every step of the experience was smooth and satisfactory. From their great customer service over the phone, to the courteous professional, friendly movers that showed up, the moving experience was superb. The movers concentrated on getting the job done and none of my item arrived damaged. Will definetely reccomend them to colleagues and friends.

They got me moved from a house into an apartment in 2 hours. Amazing, great teamwork and communications. Highly recommend.
