My experience was great from the very beginning. Paul came out to give me a quote and show me a sample window. He was very professional. He was also very responsive when I asked for updated quotes based on the various options available. The installation team was great. They showed up on time and got right to work. At the end of the day, my windows were installed and my place cleaned up. Also, one of the screens that came with the window was ripped from the manufacturer. Instead of installing it and letting me find out about it later. They told me about it and took the screen back with them. When the new screen came in Paul came out and installed it. Throughout the whole process I was given weekly progress reports letting me know when I could expect things to happen. Overall it was a great experience.
