Everything went great. Paul arrived on time for the presentation, was very thorough and answered all questions with expert knowledge, and best of all NO PRESSURE. He kept us informed throughout the order, manufacturing, and installation process. The installers were all polite and did their best to minimize any disruption. They arrived and finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished product looks and works GREAT.
