Mainland Projects Ltd. provided excellent service and good value in the total renovation of our kitchen and family room. Paul was very detail oriented and always responsive to any questions or concerns. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use Mainland Projects Ltd. for any future renovations. We have no concerns in recommending them highly to others.

There were a number of things we really liked about the contractors of Mainland Projects. There was good communication, they were very easy to talk to and deal with, they gave us good suggestions, and sent prompt responses to our emails. Their work was very good and all changes were done well and to code. We actually didn't feel stressed at having our rooms gutted because we trusted them and they proved very decent and trustworthy. The project lasted longer than estimated, but this was beyond Mainland's control. And in the end we have, what we think, is a fabulous modern kitchen. We're very happy with our renos and will use Mainland again for future projects.

Mainland Projects installed craftsman style outdoor fencing and rails at our waterfront home. Paul provided concept, standards through to installation. All cedar lumber used for the project was locally milled. Work was done within time frame quoted and on budget. Amazing workmanship.

We have had several large projects done with Mainland Projects and we can't say enough about the quality of work they do. Their attention to detail and finishing is exceptional.

They are friendly , reliable, professional , and were very good at keeping us informed during the project and also advised of any issues they found and ways to correct them. We would not hesitate to recommend, and

Paul was the contractor on a large renovation of our main floor. The renovation included taking out two walls, installation of a supporting beam, complete kitchen remodeling, laying hardwood floors and refinishing and painting all ceilings and walls. Paul was was an excellent communicator, very thorough and detail oriented, did not cut corners, and coordinated all the trades very well. If you want a renovation done correctly, efficiently, and to a high standard, I would highly recommend Paul and the tradesman he works with.
