Installed in 2010. Install went OK, but not great. I was suppose to have 10 yr P&L warranty. When I needed it a few years later, they charged me a service fee, when I brought up the warranty, they told me that service calls was not covered. To me this was not a service call but warranty service. They also wanted to charge a warranty handling fee, which I told him was XX## and this was not specified on the invoice. Needless to say, useless warranty. The quality of work after seeing friends installations, are not up to par. Look elsewhere.
Not worth the few $ of initial savings.
