Econo Storage Hamilton

Hello,I really enjoyed my time here at this storage facility. The management and the facility are very professional,communicative and pleasant to work with. The property is well kept and in exemplary conditions. I am please with the service I have acquired while here. Thanks.

We had been using this facility for 2 years. When we went to empty out the unit we saw water damage. It had been leaking through the ceiling at the back for months and ruined $1500 worth. The manager pretended like he cared. They never replied to emails. He was disingenuous to me when he said they would get back to me and now through lawyers they have told me the contract says they have no liability for anything. I guess all you have to do to have a storage facility is build rooms in an old warehouse but not bother about making them waterproof. Who knows what other units are experiencing.

Econo Storage definitely has the most safe and affordable storage in Hamilton! I used Econo Storage while moving home after being away at school and had an incredibly easy experience. Great customer service!
