Always easy to work with and very honest. Never try and up-sell you. On time and prompt with replies. I’ve used other pool places in the past and I found many places unreliable. These guys are great.

We have been using Cannonball Pools for our pool opening, closing and maintenance for the past 4 years and we are extremely happy with their service. The team always does a great job and whenever there is an issue (i.e. leaks, liner tucks, etc.) they are quick to come out and make a fix. We consider Cannonball the best pool company in Milton. We've visited one other pool shop in town and their level of service cannot be compared to Cannonball. Highly recommended!!

We needed to get some repairs done on our lines. Called other pool companies in town, and they would never return our calls. Canonball got back to us right away, fixed the lines, all at a decent cost. When it was time to replace our liner we didn't hesitate to call them. We wouldn't buy our pools supplies anywhere else. Jamie & Shane are great!

anyone that gives them anything less than 10 has had a fluke bad experience or is negative and picky!

we hired cannonball after reaching out for help. We hired another company to install our pool this summer and after the disastrous experience, i wouldn't allow them near the pool within a 10 km radius. We have been to cannonball a few times for water checks and questions about the operation (we were given a 10 min 'lesson' on how to use it from installers).

They fit us into their schedule - said they would be here by 12-12:30, called the day before to confirm and were here on time.

they got right to work, it was rainy and cold but they were in and out - cleaned up and efficient. they didn't try to upsell us on covers (we didn't get that from the installers either) but instead told us what to expect etc. They were exactly what a service company should be. Friendly, laughing with my husband all while being soaked in the rain. I will continue using them for all our pool service.

Arranged for a pool closing, despite it being a part of my contract with the company I purchased the pool from this year. Due to their non responsiveness, we gave up and hired Cannonball. I had been to their store on a few occasions this season for water tests. They never pushed me to buy their chemicals (I did anyway) once the report was printed and were consistently helpful.

I requested for my pool closing on a very busy Saturday. They were able to fit me into their schedule and were gladly accommodating. I was given guidance on doing a pool sample prior and preparation prior to the closing date. Spoke to Shane (owner) on a few occasions and he was patient and helpful. He also called the day prior to our closing appointment to confirm the visit for the next day.

On the day of (cold, wet and rainy), Trevor and David arrived on site and quickly got to work. They were efficient, but also thorough. Polite in asking to run their equipment to our power supply and educate us on what they were doing.

Once done, they tidied up their mess (which we are very particular about) and left. The entire experience was hassle free.

We've been burned by a number of contractors this season alone, and happily Cannonball Pools pulled through. It's a small job, closing a pool and applying a pool cover - but they were professional, polite and we will use again for future servicing.

On May 15, 2015 Cannonball Pools were to open my pool. The year before I couldn't have been more happy. My wife and son were home and they sent an inexperenced male to open my pool, he didn't know what he was doing. The light was not screwed in properly to the pool, and he couldn't correct the problem because the water was over the light and he said he would have to wait until he could got into the pool. He was suppose to put the step cover against the fence, beside the cabana and instead wedged into between the cabana and the shed at the back, pushing it along the ground, making it muddy and hadn't washed it off. The pool winter cover was folded in a messy way and was left at the back of the cabana, not at the shed where the equipment is kept. The cover was still muddy from the winter and he hadn't bothered to waslh it off and let in dry in the sun. The 3 water covers for the pool steps were muddy and not clean. He didn't put away any of the winter plugs and the clips from the winter cover into lthe red lmilk carton I have and left these in the shed just strewn around. The heater was not plugged back into the power source. A leak was seen at the pump and water was spewing out and we had to call them back to replace the line. They left the line on the ground of the shed and did not remove it. They hadn't taken down parts of my ride lawn motor, wlhich were on the ceiling of the shed, for what reason is not known and never bothered to put them back up. When I returned home on Monday, May 18, 2015 I was met with complaints from my wife and son. I called and left a message and on Tuesdsay, May 19, 2015 I received a call in the later afternoon from Shane Bailey, apologing and indicated he woud send his partner out on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 and asked me to leave the gate open so that he could get in. I said the gate would be open and asked that his partner knock on the door as I would like to speak to him. I further asked if it woud be ok if his partner brought in the water sample, so that Shane could figure out what I needed. He indicated that this was was a good idea. I waited all day on October 20, 2015 and his partner did not show up and now it is May 25, 2015 and I have not heard from anyone from Cannonball Pools. They also left all of the leaves from winter in my wheelbarrel instread of asking for bags. On May 20, 2015 I took and placed the leaves and debris in the bags and put thlem at the roadwaly. While doing so, I found several of the wilnter clips in among the leaves etc., On May 22, 2015 we washed off the cover and rolled it up properly and stored them. t all of the winter plugs. clips etc., in the proper red milk carton. I have not received an invoice, nor do I intend to pay for such unprofessional work and will retuirn it to them, all ripped up. I am baffled why they have acted like this and I cannot give them any type of recommendation. I will be speaking to tlhe other 2 neighbours about lthis, one has alreadly told me he was not happy with the service and in fact broke off a couplilng for the pool ladder. I cannot recommend these people in any way. I would be very careful about using them, last year they were great and now they have gone down the sewer!!
