Distinctive Interlocking

I own a townhouse with access to the backyard via a narrow garage hallway. Many companies I reached out to last year would not even quote this job due to the access. But Ryan and his team were up for the challenge. I was pleased with their initial work last year, Ryan was supposed to come back this year to work on the rest of the yard and fix all the issues I now have only one year later. Stones are dropping and dipping downward at the edges, there are many cracks throughout in the sealing and the backyard steps are uneven and moving. My elderly mother nearly fell two weeks ago and I can’t put up a railing because they are not glued down or even. I can’t screw down my gazebo purchased this year because the edges are dropping. I at a complete standstill waiting to enjoy my backyard with family this year during this pandemic where our private outdoor space is so important. I booked Ryan based on the Homestars reviews at the time of my service request, this year I noticed I’m not the only one experiencing these same issues. It’s disappointing, I thought Homestars was good route but I’m going to stick to word of mouth with friends and family. Add me to the list of clients dissatisfied with their job last year and patiently waiting for a response and action to fix the problems.
