We recently hired Patriarch Construction for a major renovation in our front and back yards... best decision ever! Leo and his crew were outstanding to deal with. Leo is a gem of a person- no request was too much and no question was left unanswered. The job was completed on time with no hidden costs, and the job site was left impeccably clean at the end of each day. The crew is highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely punctual. The Patriarch Construction family takes pride in what they do, which is evident in the quality of their workmanship and their integrity. Leo was great to work with. Like other reviewers have stated - he was the only contractor willing to come out and see the property and provide an accurate quote. The work was very professional and quick. He delivered exactly what he said he would do in the time provided. Communication was very good and the result is crumbling steps and a horrible walk are now replaced with a sleek, modern, wide and very walkable steps and walkway. Very satisfied. A small business owner who does professional work for smaller (or larger) jobs.

Leo was great to deal with. He was the only contractor I called who bothered to come over and have a look at my project and give me a quote right away. His communication was awesome as he always made sure to let me know where he was at with each step of the job. I really appreciated that. And the job he did with my exposed aggregate patio and sidewalk looks amazing. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Leo and his crew any day.

Leo is professional, easy to deal with, dependable, and great at communicating (schedule and availability was impacted by a stretch of bad weather). His crew is efficient and very attentive to details. We are very pleased with the work, it exceeded our expectations!

He made an appointment for the same week and provided a written estimate on the spot. Then he completed the job as promised in a timely manner. He was respectful and courteous.
