Very high quality, professional work. We really appreciated the time the technicians took to explain what we needed, what they were doing, what our options were. A tiny bit surprised at one or two of the extra charges, but overall we were very satisfied with Dr Duct and we expect to call on them again next time we need the ducts cleaned or another similar service.
