Fantastic Service provided on very tight timeline
We had a unit damaged by water, this unit was over looked and seeing as it was so close to the Christmas holidays contractors were hard to find, and had bad news about time lines. As it is an investment rental unit, we had to get the owners unit back into a habitable condition, Fernando at AICO not only promised us the impossible, he came through ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond in touching up items that were out of scope but needed to be addressed at minimal to no cost!
I would highly recommend AICO to anyone who require general contracting and or emergency restoration services!
