City Errands

So, so, so happy with the level of service provided by City Errands. I dealt with Paul (owner) by text to arrange the pick up of my mattress from South Surrey, with delivery to Vancouver. Paul was very courteous and helpful. He scheduled two guys to pick up and deliver my mattress; Sam and Kevin. They were excellent! Very nice, and very professional. They wouldn't even accept a tip when I offered it to them! Paul texted me once the guys had retrieved my mattress to let me know that they were on their way, and then he texted me again about 15 minutes after the delivery to see if everything went alright. I cannot say enough nice things about the level of service that I received. I was also very happy to learn that they were charging me a flat rate: no fuel charge, and no charge per km. I will be recommending City Errands to everyone that I know.

I work long hours and am unable to do simple errands during the day. Paul took care of my dry cleaning and car maintenance appointments. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. I would definitely use City Errands again and recommend their services anyone!

As the Organizer for a Charity Event called Undress Events Vancouver, I had so many tasks and very little time. I called City Errands to assist with picking up, bagging, and transporting 18 large bags of donated clothing to the Dress For Success Vancouver (DFS) Showroom. Paul was able to assist with this seamlessly and coordinated the drop off with the DFS Coordinator. It was a huge relief having such a dependable service, and it allowed me to focus on other more important tasks at hand. I've already booked my second booking service with City Errands for move in day!

I had a huge mess in my yard and Paul came with his van and very promptly took care of the removal and organization of the mess. He was courteous and professional and I would definitely deal with him again.
