Transcanada Exteriors And Roofing

We have been have water sipping into the front door for 3 years. We had redo the front part of the roof last year, the problem persists. Not until Gordon from TransCanada roofing came and he recognized the issue is the improper installation of the drip edge. Since Gord and his team came and fix our drip edge, we dont see the sipping of water anymore.
And Gord was very patient in answering all of our lengthy questions.
Even came to check the roofers work to ensure everything is done properly .

We have used this company twice so far and both times were very happy with their services. Gord is always answering his phone and happy to answer any our questions whenever we need his help or advice. He is very polite and accommodating, but most importantly - he always keeps his promises. If something changes during his project execution, he always calls in advance and advises us about those changes and always asks if that still suits us or we would like any alternative solutions. His people never leave the site without a thorough cleaning.

A top quality job on replacing roofing on multi-story house complicated roof lines. The advice provided in advance was thorough and well supported when queried. The roofing team was excellent and in addition Gord was always checking in on progress. The property has many trees and plants but great care was taken by the team and nothing was damaged. I was very pleased that quality was a higher priority than time; the job took a little longer than initially estimated but this is what was required for a quality job. This roof has been replaced before but this is the first time that proper drip edges and other weather sealing has been advised and installed. Thank you to Gord and his team at Transcanada. I'm happy about the work they've done. Gord and Kevin are easy to deal with. Since my expectations are higher than average person due to professional bacground (Civil Engineer) I was very pleased that they accomodated my requests without hesitation.

We hired Transcanada replace our eavestrough, fascia and soffit. Obtain several quotes from competing companies, but ultimately went with them based on their excellent ratings. They did a fantastic job and were very reasonably priced....highly recommended!!!!
