During the winter, we noticed some black lines forming on our ceiling. The cause is known as "ghosting" which indicates a lack of insulation. Patrick assessed the situation and the previous firm that completed our insulation in 2014 had done so in an uneven fashion and not to the correct level. This meant in some places we only had 3 inches of insulation when it should have been around 19-21 inches.
Eco-comfort changed out the baffles and added cellulose to the R60 rating level. We have noticed a more consistent temperature throughout the house since the fix.
