Don’t be intimidated by the name or entering the place for the first time! I purchased a fridge for my condo and I got a great deal on it. They even threw in a hood fan for me the fridge works great! the delivery guys were awesome. Definitely a 5 star for me

I bought a fridge that didn't work upon delivery. I tried to contact strongman but was given the run around. When I went back to his store, he promised to deliver a new fridge a week later, however, didn't come through. We left multiple messages with no response. Finally, we went back to the store and he said he would deliver a new fridge ( exact same model as we had paid for) that night. When he sent his staff, they tried to deliver a fridge that was worth half of what we paid. It's been 7 month and we still don't have a fridge. We will now been taking them to small claims court in an attempt to get our $3000 back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Really this company deserves no stars.

On three separate occasions they have tried to deliver the appliances we purchased.

All three times they were missing items and the items they brought were damaged and not the items they showed us in their showroom.

Their customer service skills in this process were no existent.

If they tell you "don't worry we will call you tomorrow" is really code for we have your money and are now hoping you will go away.

STAY AWAY!!!!

I purchased a stove, paid a down payment to $2000.
The stove was not in the store, they promised I would see it in 3 days. It took 2 weeks!
I went to pick up the stove and told me they told me they now wanted $1000 more than the signed receipt.
They renagged on our deal, as they had sold my stove to someone else.
I am now left with no stove for Christmas dinner.
The worst customer service every - no one returns phone calls
The most sketchy place - I would never trust this company.

Recently went to purchase a new stove after my own had broke down, they replied quickly to my calls and were fast to deliver the stove after I had finalized the purchase.
Highly recommended.

Great company!...I just did a complete upgrade to my kitchen and got all my kitchen supplies for a marvellous deal and saved a lot. I'm so happy with all my appliances, fast and great customer service. if your looking to upgrade your kitchen on a tight budget strongman is the place to be guarantee!

I have dealing with this company for long time as far as i know they have a good prices and good customer services i rent my apartment and i was needed to upgraded my home and my apartment

I purchased a bunch of appliances, they all come with 1 year warranty from this company. When I needed the service to repair my washer and fridge door they never answer my calls, eventually they promised to come but didn't show up for a week every day gave me another excuse. Couple weeks after when my washer stopped working again they said my warranty is void (purchased 3 months before that while warranty is for a year) and they didnt come at all

Bought a fridge, stove and rangehood from Strongman. Sometimes you end up paying way more in time and money when you’re trying to get a deal! I’ve been back and forth at least 6 times picking up missing parts, appliances that had supposedly arrived but actually hadn’t etc. Nicky knows nearly nothing about the appliances she sells and is vastly unsupported in this busy shop and never follows through with what she says she will. Every visit will take you at least 45 minutes of hassling, arguing, and waiting with the rest of the disgruntled customers. You can get some amazing deals here but I guarantee if you’re one of the 7 out 10 customers who has a problem, then you would have been better off dealing with a reputable retailer. Big kudos to the delivery guys; very fast and courteous- about the only thing working for Strongmanappliance.
