Pristine Waterproofing They caused damage to the wood siding my of my house after they completed their work. Been chasing the owner for many months to come and repair damage he acknowledged that he did ....yet all I have heard is excuse after excuse and he still hasn't come ...do not use these guys ...unprofessional and his word means nothing ...he comes off as a nice genuine guy but clearly customer service and his word mean nothing !

Pristine Waterproofing (James) has been to my property twice to do two separate jobs. Both experiences were 5 star quality. The materials used were top quality, the workmanship good, the price fair. In this day it is rare to find people who do what they say and try when unforeseen challenges arise to make changes at a fair price never compromising quality.
