I sent out a request for a quote at about 7 in the morning, and Ivan rang me back in about 10 minutes. Twelve hours later he was at our house. He took a look at our roof, shared his ideas patiently, and even fixed a few shingles before giving us a quote.
The roofing work was great. They started about 2 weeks after the initial quote. Ivan does all of his own work, with the help of two women. My wife was very pleased by that. He removed all of the old shingles, replaced a rotten section, put down new wood, and then reshingled the roof. It took 6 days and they worked their butts off.
We felt like we were his most important customer, and our roof is 100 x better.
