Simon came to measure & confirm quote for large picture window that the seal had broken.
While discussing I mentioned I also could hear the wind blowing through.
Simon checked the two smaller windows and one of them was starting to separate from the frame.
He then also brought I could put E-glass for heat & cold weather. So I agreed.
I also appreciated Simon confirming my large window s/B a 4 mm not 3mm as another company quoted for the same price. Simon from Basco came out for a quote on my large picture window pane because the seal had gone.

Installation was good too and they replaced wood screws to tighten closure on opening small window.

Very respectful and efficient fixing the window latch that was sticking because of a dip in the middle so new wheels were put in

Replacement of the crank mechanism and locking mechanism was more complicated than expected, but Basco repair men got it done.

We had 2 fogged up windows that needed to be replaced. We received great friendly service, and excellent communication from staff.
