We hired Jeff to convert an upstairs closet into a laundry room. This was not our first time renovating and we have worked with many contractors in the past and I can honestly say that Jeff was our favourite contractor to work with. He was thorough, meticulous, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was done to code and to a high standard of quality. The job took longer than expected but he was there working late every day and the end result was perfect. We absolutely recommend him!

My laundry room was in dire need of a renovation and I proceeded to procure quotes from several contractors. Jeff not only provided a very reasonable quote, but more importantly he took his time in explaining the issues involved, what ideas he had for the room and he was very proficient in the different building codes and bylaws.
During the course of the renovation, Jeff's team was punctual, clean and worked diligently.
Not only would I not hesitate to recommend Cole Renovations, but I plan on utilizing them again for additional work in my house.

This was our 4th time working with Cole Renovations. In fact every single renovation project in our condo has been done by Jeff and his team.
This project included closing up the window in the kitchen in order to inclose the room on the other side to create a bedroom. We also put in a glass panel into one wall to let the natural light in coming from the balcony in that bedroom.
Jeff and his team finished the job just within a week as promised. 5 days not counting the weekend. It looks amazing. And simply natural as if the room was always there. The installation of the glass panel is flawless and adds the perfect touch.
Jeff and his team also painted 2 bedrooms while doing this project which included painting the doors and trim. Flawless job. Cannot wait to do our next renovation project with Cole Renovations. Thanks Guys!

Jeff did an amazing job on our bedroom floor. He was very professional and efficient. Extremely honest and friendly when quoting us. He took care of everything, from measuring and picking up the materials. We are so pleased with the final result. There was no mess for us to clean up, he took care of everything. We will definitely be having him do more renos for us in the near future.

Jeff handled the delicate task of navigating the neighbour politics when installing a retaining wall fence combo on a property line with diplomacy. Going the extra mile to provide conceptual drawings to ensure everybody's comfort to move forward with his quality workmanship.

I had a bare blocked basement that I wanted finished. I got three different contractors in for an estimate. I picked Jeff for the job as he gave me a very good quote for the job, not the cheapest of all quotes. I liked Jeff's idea's of what I wanted at the end of the job. As we all know problems always seem to come up when your doing renovations and this project was no different. I was very impressed the way Jeff handled the problems that he came across and still stayed in budget. Jeff also impressed me as he showed up everyday, even in the worst weather conditions. I had 4 rooms I wanted, one bedroom, launder room, rec room and a tool room. Jeff stared with the sub floor then framed in all the walls for the different rooms including all the cupboards and door ways. When all the wiring was done the insulation was all done and then the drywall. after the drywall was done the painting and then the flooring. At the end of the job the basement was a completely different area, bottom line, it looked fantastic, I've gotten so many complements from friends and family and the basement is now being used on a daily bases, I am very proud of the job Jeff did for me and would not hesitate to hire Jeff Cole to do other renovations in the future.
