I selected this company because their rates were pretty much reasonable and had many different variety(color, shape, style) of interlocking to select from. Everything was smooth and steady from day one when the free estimate of interlocking was given till the agreement was signed. I thought Keith(owner) and his men will do exactly what was decided in the agreement. The agreement clearly said they will take away the old interlocking. The good part was when he and his team came for their assignment, they were fast enough to remove old interlocking and started fixing the new interlocking which gave a positive sign of their professionalism.
Since I had another commitment that day so I left them working making myself satisfied and hopeful that the job will be completed as decided. When I came back later in the night, not only I saw water hose not rolled up and kept back on its original position but also they did not switch it off. My garage was all wet and the carpet next to it was also too wet that it was dripping. According to the agreement I paid him. Same day later I realized there was improvement required on the garden wall(front and back), I called him to get it done but he said it can only be done if I pay him extra since more stones and material was required . He said the measurements he took on day one went wrong which messed up the ordering of material but this wasn't my fault that he made such a blunder, he had all the time in world to double check the measurements if he wasn't sure but since I paid him the full amount we decided, the job would had been up to the mark . After everyday of harsh arguments with him, he finally did what I wanted but he still left some of old interlocking at my backyard and some behind the door of my house's basement. Overall I did not have any good experience with this company. If any other customer wants to go ahead with it , do it on your own risk.
