I needed a property lot assessment to understand what can be built on it and the existing site plans clearly contained some wrong measurements made but the past architect. Valente CAD Studio was able to solve it all quickly and provide the exact service I was looking for and at a pretty good price.

I left Robert a message on Friday at 4 pm thinking I would get a call back on Monday since it was the start of the weekend. To my surprise , Robert called me back within the hour and he was getting ready to go on vacation for 1 week!!!
I am in the process of buying a property and changing it to a multi unit structure . I had a lot of questions about zoning and bylaws and what I could and could not do . Robert was able to explain and answer all of my questions regarding how the zoning and bylaws would impact my project.

Its not always easy explaining complex issues on the phone but Robert did it amazingly . He was so helpful

A basement and main floor was built for the client. A laundry room was installed in the basement and the main floor was extended to create an open concept

We used Valente CAD studio to draft a construction project for us. He was extremely attentive to all details surrounding our project. Often addressing concerns that we hadn't realized ourselves!

Dealing with Robert was a pleasure from the onset. We were surprised that the president of the company arrived at our house at the arranged time to perform the initial assessment. He spent the next 4-5 hours taking measurements and inspecting the house to accommodate our plans for a dream layout.
Robert explained the process to us, including his obtaining all the permits and engineer's stamp of approval and kept us informed of the status at all times.
When the engineer identified an issue with the HVAC drawings, Robert was quick to make the necessary adjustments and deliver a revised plan.

I needed a super fast turnaround on some changes to my revision to permit drawings. I had hired a separate designer/draftsperson to complete my home drawings some time ago - who unfortunately is nowhere to be found now that I need to get over the finish line.

In a panic I started searching for someone who could revise my drawings on short notice. I found Robert who was willing to help. Within a day he made the revisions and I was able to submit those changes to the city.
