Called Keith on a Monday and described the situation to him based on my analysis, which was I thought the value was faulty and perhaps the circuit board. Keith thanked me for that, but indicated he would have to assess the situation himself to be sure. He came to my daughters two days later, which was earlier than I expected and indicated that the value was definitely shot. He fired it up, but it kept going out after a few seconds. Upon further analysis, he concluded that the spark sensor was malfunctioning and replaced it. Bingo!...worked like a charm after that. Keith is personable and to the point, and I appreciated his no-nonsense approach.
