Tile & Grout Restoration

I was very impressed by the work Nick did in our lower bathroom. He brought new life to a bathroom that was in needed work after 45 years. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

We called Tile and grout restoration for a rush job since we will list our apartment in four days and need to get the bathroom floor grout re-done after changing the vanity. Greg replied our message very quickly and scheduled Nick to do our job within 72 hours. Nick not only cleaned the tiles and re-grouted all the areas, he also fixed several small issues in the bathroom, now the bathroom floor looks like new!

I needed my ceramic tile and grout cleaned for a dinner party that I was having. I called very last minute and Len and his team rearranged their schedule to accommodate my timing. The floor came out amazing - it looks brand new. They were great to deal with. I would highly recommend their service.

Greg and team came to restore. RepIr and replace tiles and grout in my Kitchen. And 2 washrooms floor and showers. They did an amazing job and now all look as good as new. They also cleaned and fixed the showers door and applied silicon very neatly. They worked tirelessly until the jobs were completed. Very clean and professional. I would certainly hire them to clean my other washroom and recommend them as well.

I wanted to waterproof grout and Greg with his helper did a very good job. They also redo silicon sealing because previous contractors did a bad job.

Ash was a true professional. Showed up on time and did not take any breaks and was focused on getting the job done. I thought we were in desperate need of a renovation but now it looks clean and brand new.

Our shower looks brand new! We had the grout repaired and a sealant applied and new caulking. The senior technician, Ash was very knowledgeable, professional, on time and did a fabulous job!

This is my second time using this company and I would use them again. After sharing photos and a description of the issue - I thought there was mold and mildew despite constant cleaning on the tiles - I received a quote and arranged a date for the technician (Ash) to come out. Ash was amazing! He was quick to point out that the issue was that there was missing grout - it wasn't mold at all. He set to work to restore the grout taking care to consult with me on matching the colour.

There was some confusion about my request to have the tiles/grout sealed but Ash took it all in stride and after communicating with the office, stayed on to complete the extra work and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction.

Tiles and grouting were a mess. We couldn't clean them with bleach, mr clean pads, etc. Every time we cleaned the tiles, they were dirty again within a week.

Nick did such an excellent job; grouting, washing, resealing. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
