Third floor - Full size washroom with Walk in Shower with large Glass doors, In Suite Master Bedroom washroom with Walk shower with large Glass doors and tiles on the ceiling as well.
All tiles were deep cleaned, re grouted with colour grout & sealed, siliconed as needed all glass doors installed new seals and siliconed.
Now All my washrooms Look brand new, and I've saved thousandth of dollars on replacing the floors. THANK YOU!

The grout in both our tub and stand up shower were cracked and dirty. The team did a fantastic job with restoring the grout and caulking. It looks better than new! They came to give a quote, and had the job done in one day. The crew were neat and tidy. We even asked for a few touch ups and they came quickly to make sure we were 100% happy with the job. Our walk-in shower was in need of cleaning, re-sealing and re-grouting; our guest bath floor needed re-grouting and sealing. Ash from Tile and Grout Restoration did an absolutely fantastic job! Got the team to repair the leaking shower caulking about a year ago. Everything seemed to work. Unfortunately, it recently started leaking again. I requested the team to review the work. They came by for an initial assessment and promised a technician would follow up for more detailed inspection. I have been following up on an appointment now for 1.5 months with no response or acknowledgement. My review score is based on poor after service customer follow up, even if busy or overbooked, just communicate to set customer expectations.

We called Tile & Grout Restoration to clean around the tub and tile in the main floor bathroom of our new home. There was a buildup of mildew and mold around the tub. The technician was polite and professional and worked hard to get our tub in incredible shape. We are glad we made the choice to revitalize the old tub instead of spending thousands on a bathroom renovation. I fully recommend their services.

As all the reviews were excellent I chose Tile and Grout restorations for my shower. Great job, great price. The other recommendations were correct...I would recommend Len and his team any time.
