Tile & Grout Restoration

We hired Greg to restore our ceramic tile shower stall. It was in poor condition and nothing we had tried would get it clean. They came on schedule and did an absolutely amazing job. It looks like a brand new tile shower and all the grout is resealed so it will be easy to maintain. When he showed me the end result I was absolutely stunned. WOW! We would definitely use them again and we will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

Among the firms I approached, Len was first off the mark to come and provide an on-site estimate. I hired the firm to restore about 360 square feet of clay tile that was grimy from dirt, dog pee, and a previous finish that had mostly peeled off (first pic). His team of three did a superb job, working until 7pm in the evening. A secret sauce applied to the grout worked extremely well. Since the clay tile itself is natural, I only wanted it cleaned, nothing applied to its surface (second pic with baseboard). I had questions about the potential toxic nature of chemicals used, and Len provided all the info I needed to assure me. Highly recommended.

I found this company on Homestars and the reviews did not disappoint. I uploaded a picture of what I needed done and this company contacted me right away and was transparent with the price and workmanship. I contacted them on Friday and had the work done right on Monday. Nik did an amazing job and the trasaction was quick, easy, and smooth. My bathroom looks literally brand new and I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Greg about fixing a persistent mould problem in one shower and ended up having him work on all the bathrooms in our house, and the kitchen. Two showers needed major grout cleaning and sealing, and his team did my entire master en-suite: shower, vanities (repair of a crack in the marble, re-caulking), and cleaning /re-sealing the grout in the marble floor of the en-suite and another bathroom floor. He also replaced the plastic strip at the bottom of four shower doors that had become yellow and impossible to clean properly. I am so pleased with the results that I am planning to have my kitchen floors repaired, deep cleaned and sealed as well.

I didn't have that big of a job- some caulking and grouting in 2 bathrooms in my condo. The job was done very very well, but what makes these guys so great to work with is their communication, professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Job well done!

I contacted a few tile and grout restoration companies before finally choosing Tile & Grout restoration. I am so glad that I picked this company among the others. Len was super patient in answering my inquiries through email. He never got tired answering all the questions I had. When Greg finally came to our house, the price we paid was the same as what Len quoted us. But the price was not the only factor which made me very satisfied with their work. Above all, the work was professionally and meticulously done, as what others have mentioned in the reviews. Greg came on time at 9am and worked tirelessly for so many hours. When they showed us the finished product, we couldn't help but to say "WOW!!!". It looks really like a brand-new washroom, as what Greg have promised us.

Another thing, Greg and his assistant were very friendly and answered all our questions. They gave us helpful tips.

The old tiles in my basement, washrooms, hallway as well as the kitchen backsplash look brand new and sparkly due to Ash's hard work.
He washed and re-grouted the tiles of all the areas, recolored the grout, replaced the damaged tiles.
