GreenTech Fence and Post Holes

my neighbours hired Gil to do their fence and at first I was concerned because of the negative reviews. The work is complete, is was suppose to be done in one day but due to some unforeseen problems, Gil came back early the next day to finish the work. I found Gil to be honest and a hard worker-the fence is sturdy. They took extra care not to harm any bushes or paving stones that were in the way while drilling the holes and cleaned up everything when done.

We needed a fence put up as we just installed a pool. GIL promised our fence would be done by the end of aug 2014, and to call him after 2 weeks of signing contract and putting deposit down. GIL said he would have fence up or at least posts in on aug 15th and 16th and that he would finish job on the monday because he had an emergency on the 24th.....how does someone know a week ahead of an emergency i'm still wondering.....
NO ONE SHOWED UP ON ANY OF THOSE DAYS AND NO CALLS WERE MADE TO US FOR THE NO SHOWS.
After half a dozen phone calls and text messages by us to Gill and the company there have been no answers, full voice mail boxes, and no attempts by this company to contact us to complete our fencing project.
We are now in September with no fence and now there is green algae in our pool....who is going to be responsible for that clean up?
Another site has many other reviews of this company and all have the same negative experience. All I have to say is shame on Gill and this company for their unprofessional ways and for leaving people with more questions than answers and less money in their pockets and obviously no fence either...

We hired www.greentechfence.com last summer to install a fence on both sides of our back yard. Both adjoining neighbours were involved in the cost (our cost was $3300.00 which was half of the cost for the fence on both sides). For the most part the fence looked good when the job was completed except a few minor adjustments. We started to have a problem with one of the gates and tried several times to contact Gil who is a partner as well he is the person we dealt with. I could not get Gil to come out and fix the problem; he as well keeps his voicemail full so you cannot leave a message. I put up a review at the time on Homestars and his partner told him to call me and take care of the problem. Gil then called me and started screaming at me for putting up a negative review. He said some terrible things to me on the phone. He came the next day when I was not home to fix the gate, even though I told him to come when I would be home. He then called me to make sure I took the review down. This spring we noticed our gates are hanging and will not close, and a few posts have lifted near the gate, and this is only going to get worse. I sent Gil some pictures and actually spoke with him a few months ago, but he has not come. The problem as well for me is my neighbours are upset and I feel responsible for all of this. I have called his partner at their other business, Green Tech Windows and Doors, but when he realized it was me he hung up the phone. I have never had an experience with any contractors as I have had with this company. It would be very simple to rectify this, to do the right thing and come out WHEN I AM HOME and fix the problem before it gets worse, and it will. I have attached pictures of the gate.
