Look no further! We hit the jackpot when we chose Sharon at Stor-X to do our closet.
- High Quality product - I was reticent to change our closet, since our existing closet was of extremely high quality, built of solid finished wood. I just needed to maximize the space (read - create room for shoes and purses). I was afraid I'd get a better design, but poorer quality. I can assure you that this closet is very sturdy, the product could not be of higher quality. I'm very satisfied it will never fall down or bend, and there is a lifetime warranty should anything ever go wrong!
- Sharon's design advice was excellent, yet he was very open to our feedback. Flexible design advice, and very patient with our decision making process. No pressure whatsoever. He's very easy-going, and making you happy is his number one priority - not into high pressure sales at all.
- Extremely professional use of time - our design and install was done in no time with absolutely no delays. Sharon kept the process moving along.
- Sharon is a true professional. He showed great care to ensure we were fully satisfied with the product and installation. He is very trustworthy and hardworking. We had an issue after the closet installation whereby the carpet installer hacked up the bottom with his knife - I called Sharon and he was over in less than half an hour to fix it!
