An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My experience with Stor-X was painless. I contacted the store and a representative was at my place the next day. Explained that I required adjustable shelves in the limited space I had. Measurements were taken and the preliminary drawings were done on the spot. Sharon, the representative, returned to his office and sent me a copy of drawings and the price quote. I accepted the deal and the items were ordered. We discussed an appropriate time for the installation and when the items were received, I was called and we set the time for installation, that was the next day. It took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the installation. It was explained to me how to adjust the shelving. It is an excellent setup. When it was all complete, I had nothing to do, no clean up required. Thanks for a job well done.
