We hired Rob for basement renos to finish an unfinished basement section, and create a rec room space. Throughout the entire process Rob was efficient, thorough, and patient with our endless questions. There were no surprises when it came to pricing as the initial estimate was met. All the crew and sub-contractors that came in were very professional, extremely capable, were considerate, and always made sure to clean up after themselves. We were very happy with the end product. We would definitely use Rob again for future renos, and would happily refer them to others.
