We generally liked the overall appearance of the kitchen cabinets and level of service provided during the selection and DIY installation process. Unfortunately for us, most of the doors were packaged two by two with no paper between them and stuck together; the outer edges had to be repainted also where they stuck to the paper. This may not be a problem with newer doors but older doors may be slightly bowed in the middle causing them to stick together despite the small bumper pads placed at the top and bottom on the outer part of each cabinet door on the inside. Improvements to the drying and packaging process would help with the client satisfaction guarantee advertised by Paint Magic.

After receiving the client's email last evening regarding the issue of marks on the inside of cabinet doors we immediately responded and offered to redo/ repaint the areas of concern.
These cabinets passed our quality inspection before wrapping them as all our projects do. What happens in transit and storage of them afterwards is out of our control. Old doors that are bowed and high humidity conditions could cause this unique situation to occur. We offered to redo the problem doors for this client and she declined....
