Returning customer here. Again, very pleased with the quality and accuracy of the job done. We had to replace 34 year old rotting patio door which had to be custom made as the standards have changed. Efficient, friendly, and professional service!

Big City replaced 4 windows and a slider door this year for me. Their work is superb and their customer service is the best. They take great pride in their installations and ensure that you are completely satisfied. They have now replaced all my windows including my front door. Their work is so good several of my neighbours have also engaged their services!

From the sales to final trim being put on this company has it all. Professional friendly hardworking people with quality products. Exemplified knowledge on how to do each of the process from starting phone call to them sweeping and vacuuming front step. Highly recommend and if we need any service they are the only company that will not charge for call and thats guaranteed for 25 years along with workmanship and materials. They were the first window and door company to get back to me ( 1/2 hour after i left a message) but others were up to a week returning calls yet Big City we’re furthest away. They even gave me a recommendation concerning some drainage problem I had. Please use these guys you won’t be disappointed.

We discovered Big City Windows at a booth at the Navan Fair. A ballot was completed for more information and we were contacted by a representative. A sales rep came to our home and we were given a very respectable estimate. Upon accepting their estimate, we were explained the manufacturing process. On the established date, the windows installed by a very professional father & son team. The installation was conducted flawlessly in a very efficient time. We were extremely pleased with our purchase, choice of windows and their operation. The company followed their installation to ensure we were satisfied. We recommended them to our family members and they purchased numerous products and were extremely satisfied by their product and competitive prices.

We are very happy with our new windows. They look great and the installers did an excellent job. They installed 19 windows in 2 days. They took good care and even cleaned and removed the stickers on the windows after the installation. They placed mats on our wooden floors to protect them. They were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them. We already see an improvement in our heating compared to last fall.

Did a Nice job. Quality caulking used. Clean up of removed material. Happy with outcome which may extend the life of the original windows. Combined with a storm door installation.
