Steve in sales was a pleasure to deal with. Four installers showed up in the morning w. 9 windows and were out by 3pm. The workmanship was A+ and nothing was left behind but pretty nice looking windows.

We changed almost all of the windows in our house , and we are very pleased with them. The service was terrific. The installers (who are NOT subcontracted) were extremely efficient, neat and polite. The windows look terrific and we are done with heat inefficiency. The price was much better than some of the quotes we got.

We had two windows installed. The service provided by Big City Windows was very professional and timely. Great job by the installer. I highly recommend this company for all your window needs. The windows not only look good but will save us money on utility costs. We will do business with this Company again.

We were very pleased and found them very professional. It started when Big City "was in the area" and offered us a free quote. We accepted the quote saying we were not ready yet but curious about the cost. We did get a quote which they said was valid for a year. When one year became 2 and they patiently called every 6 -10 months asking polity if we were ready.

When we finally had the cash we said go ahead.

The install crew were amazing. Did a super neat job, taking care of our flooring and other possessions. The installed windows (about 20 of them in our large home) all look great and the finish and quality are wonderful.

Big City had replaced the windows of a neighbour, who in turn strongly recommended their service to me. After researching and obtaining estimates from 3 other companies I selected Big City for their price, proposed date and product.

The crew showed up on time as promised and completed the work on time and on budget as promised. The crew was professional throughout, with an end of day presentation on how to open and clean the windows. 3 follow-up phone calls were also received to ensure I was satisfied.

Igor convinced us, without a lot of pressure, that our old house would benefit from new windows. We agreed, and Paul and the crew did an outstanding job. Excellent product, professional install.
