We built a new home and Sonata was our builder's contractor for window coverings. The home came with standard blinds, but we upgraded some of the window coverings. When we moved in, drapes were installed that were poorly made and Sonata was at the house 3 times before the drapes were finally fixed properly. It seems there was poor communication between their installer and the office, but this wasted our time as we had to be home for the multiple visits.
At around the 1 year mark, one of the cords on our blinds broke. I called 3 separate times and left messages with 2 different people including Tyrell with no response. I'm not sure why we received no call back, but it feels like Sonata was not interested in fixing our problem and ignored us. I would not recommend this company.
