Did the bathroom and all join seals have come off.
Had a terrible mold smell in the bathroom and would not go away, then the ceiling started to collapse. Matt had left extra tubing for the vent attched coiled in the ceiling and it was collecting water and moulding everything there.
IN the kitchen we had very expansive tile and we repeatly told him to prep properly and he just would not listen. Tile were unevenly laid and thus were very rough to walk on and for the chair to slide,
year into it all the tile are breaking because he did not properly lay the floor and there are the long tiles without any cement underneath to hold the weight. I could go on but just too many to list.
Not only that but he did not report the income as he refuse to give receipts for the work nor reply to the request to repair.
He gets his friends and his wife Jennifer to give good reviews.
