I found Keith, his employees and carefully selected sub-contractors to be professional, personable, easy to work with and accommodating – and the respectful way that Keith treats his employees carries over into the quality of work produced. During the entire process he kept us up to date and on budget. The best part was that Keith handled everything – no renovation headaches or stress for us, definite value for money. We hired RenosGroup to do a complete gut job of our bathroom, including taking down some walls and expanding the footprint of the room. They did an outstanding job. We had a lot of specific ideas and the owner, Keith, managed to give us exactly what we'd envisioned. There were no dragged out timelines, no sudden jumps in cost, and Keith was onsite himself. We hired RenosGroup to fully renovate our kitchen and main floor (living room, dining room). From our first meeting until the end of the project, Keith and his team were courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. They quickly worked to understand our needs and got started right away on creating our design, along with the cost of each particular item. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how Keith took the time at every step to explain the work being done and what the status was. Any additions, subtractions or delay were discussed with us in advance.

We had our kitchen completely gutted and redesigned, and our main bathroom partially upgraded. Now, I would like to firstly state that renovations are very emotional and stressful on a family with 2 small children. I realize I was not an easy client. However, despite me losing my head a few times, I can honestly say that Keith and his crew maintained the most pleasant, confident and calm demeanor throughout the entire project. (The minute you meet Keith, you can feel that he is genuine and he was exceptionally patient with all my questions and constant badgering.)

Keith was extremely responsive to emails, and he was on site every day to ensure that the job was running smoothly. Any hiccups along the way were dealt with promptly and he was always happy to accommodate and offer various alternatives.

I am very happy to know that not only was my home renovated with the utmost care by RenosGroup, but they also used reputable and trustworthy specialists (engineer, electrician), obtaining the appropriate permits, and following all building codes to the letter.

Although we opted to not live in the home during the majority of the renovations, we did stop in daily and we were very pleased with the manner in which our home/personal belongings were respected, and kept tidied.

I would be very comfortable in hiring RenosGroup again for future work and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to deal with an easy-going and honest contractor.

It has been a couple of months since the renovations have been completed and we could not be happier with the results.
Keith was a very easy person to deal with regardless of the situation.
Great attention to details and and treated our home like his own.
Even with a problem not caused by him around the front door...Keith was very supportive and arranged his time to accommodate the longer time frame for the door to arrive.
Never felt that regardless of the challenges that our house threw at him there was always a sense of confidence and calmness.
Keith and his team were committed from the start of the project and that never wavered.

After getting several quotes I decided on RenosGroup for my basement project. The work was done well, they showed up when they were supposed to and it was done within my budget. Will hire them again for our next project.
