RenosGroup helped me, when I was in a jam, with a custom dining room sideboard install. I found it wonderful that they were willing to accept the job because it was by no means a large contract, but it was really very critical to my dining room project.
Had they not been willing and able to help me out, my entire project would have been stalled for weeks. And Keith understood this, and that I needed his help in a timely fashion.
I was upfront with him for what was required, we agreed on a plan (what and when) and even when that plan didnt quite pan out, Keith worked hard to honour his word and find me a solution so as to not leave me in the lurch. Who does that these days. Sadly, its getting rare.
He sent in one of his experienced crew to do the job. He was kind, skilled, conscientious, professional, and courteous. Everything was installed perfectly level and in a secure manner, which was critical for the quartz countertop that was coming in the next morning. So, all in all, Keith was responsive, made sure the job was done well, and followed up afterwards. I was very satisfied with his work and plan to call on him again.
