Shaun is all about customer service. We were able to agree on a convenient time during the day and he showed up when he said he would. Shaun was very clear about the process and made sure everything was working properly and that I knew how to work the components before leaving. He also made sure to stay tidy through the whole process. Great service, great price!

Shaun and Brian are two of the best in Home Theater installation. I got them to install Dolby Atmos system in my basment. Both of them are down to earth family guys, who understand the process and technology very very well. They answer all my question and explain everything along the way. I am very happy with the service. It's been few months since the installation. I am getting them to come in and do a tune up again, I have no problem contacting them. will recommend to anyone wants anything to do with home automation or stereo system.

These guys know what they are doing! I would highly recommend Audovations, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly they get the job done right the first time, communicating with the homeowner every step of the way.

I had Shaun and Brian come to my house in July of 2014 to install my upstairs tv on a fireplace. We were renovating this home before we moved in - so when I called and spoke with Shaun on the phone he was very helpful in giving us the information we needed to build the wiring into the wall so everything could be concealed. He and Brian made two trips out to us, one when we were in the building stage to pull all of the cables and wires, and again when we were finished to wall mount the TV for us. Their prices were incredibly reasonable and they both were wonderful to have around. I loved how they each had a sense of humour but were still able to stay on point and get the job done efficiently. They also installed a lovely little gadget for us that allowed us to tuck all of our control boxes into our cabinetry by the fireplace and still be able to use all of our remotes (Apple TV included) with the cabinetry doors closed. This sensor is amazing and the price was beyond reasonable and affordable. It's one of the things we get comments on the most regarding our TV setup in the living room. The whole project turned out perfectly!

Just this past month we were able to complete our basement renovation which included a TV in our living room downstairs - we of course called Shaun and Bryan to come and install everything downstairs and got the same service we had come to expect from the first installation. They were wonderful! Once again we spoke with them beforehand and told them what we wanted for our TV - we had a 55" TV we wanted wall hung but we needed it to swivel almost 90 degrees so we could watch it while using our exercise equipment. Once again Shaun and Brian were able to give us the information we needed to get the setup we wanted. I even forgot to tell them ahead of times that I had a sound bar I wanted installed too, but they installed it no problem anyway - no questions asked. Originally I had asked for another sensor to go in the cabinetry and they included it in their original quote, but when they got here, they realized I didn't need it, and instead of still charging me the original quote price, which they easily could have done, they adjusted their price and saved me some money. I really can't say enough about these guys. We are planning to move again in a few years and I will be calling them again for sure to hook up any new installations we have in the future and would recommend them to anyone else looking for this service in a heartbeat. I had a TV that I wanted wall mounted. I had a consultation with this company and was initially impressed with their professionalism. A friend said they could wall mount my TV so I let them but the friend didn't do a great job of positioning the TV so I decided to have this company take the TV down and reposition it on the wall mount. The company was very quick to come out and do the job. One person came out from the company to wall mount a 40 inch TV, he scratched my walls up, didn't offer to repair the walls or to pay for someone to repair them, all he said was it was behind the TV so I couldn't see it. Than on top of it he placed the receiver facing upwards so that the receiver lights up my bedroom which makes it hard to sleep at night. I contacted the company and asked them to come out and change the position of the receiver as it's a 40 inch TV and the receiver is valcroed down so I can't reposition the receiver by myself. I have never gotten a response from the company. At least when my friend wall mounted my TV my walls didn't get damaged and the receiver was placed side ways so it didn't light up my room at night.

We want to hang up our TV on the wall in the living room. Unfortunately the electrical panel is off to far side on the wall and the studs are off center.

Shaun was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns about the project. He gave us many advice on how we can achieve the look we wanted and the cost likely associated with each option.

In the end, the job was well done, on time and on budget. We are very satisfied. Thank you Shaun!

My review is pretty much the same as what I've read of the other nine reviewers - a very positive experience delivered by two caring, competent and ethical guys. They installed a 70 inch TV (pretty heavy and awkward for one guy to handle), did the audio wiring for my home theatre and installed the sub and surround speakers and then set up the automation. I especially was impressed by their desire to get things right, have me satisfied with their work and to suggest alternative solutions to problems. In short, they were punctual, creative, competent and trustworthy. I will call them again if and when the need occurs.

The high rating for this company is well deserved. Upon speaking to Brian Faulkner, I learned that cables I was using were unsafe, but he did not upsell me on more expensive ones. He was professional, knowledgeable and helped me decide on the simplest and less expensive method of installing our audio-visual equipment. His rate was more than reasonable. If you don't want the frustration of assembling cords and cables, call these guys before they get too busy and jack up their rates. I plan to call them back when we upgrade our basic equipment to more complex things. Can't say enough good things about this new company!

I had audovation (Sean and Brian ) build me the ultimate theatre room, 116 inch screen, epson projector, cambridge amp and martin logan speakers. From start to finish these guys are pros! listened to all my questions/concerns and gave me great ideas to have my budget stretch as far as possible. I bought all of the equipment directly through audovation ( pricing better then anywhere I could find) and also had them intsall everything. I would recommend these to anyone looking for anytging to do with T.V's or projectors. They will be my go to for my next project.

This company is truly outstanding & amazing very professional,courteous and they show up on time. They have mounted all my TV,s in the house and I have bought all my sonos from them too which they installed and mounted.
