We called Peter and he came out to give us ideas, and a quote. The following week, our deck was complete, even though it snowed on him! The deck makes our yard appear bigger, and he fixated on details we would have missed. We LOVE our new deck.
Our daughter put her knee through the drywall leaving a massive 9 square inch hole in our new home. We had to get someone good as our home is so new that a bad patch job would be obvious. Chatted with Chris the owner and he prepared me for a big bill. We went ahead and Jose came out to patch it, sand it and paint. He was prompt, courteous, cleaned up after himself and did a PERFECT job for us. You can't even tell there was a hole there!

I worked with Tracey from Nu Way and she was wonderful and patient and honest with great advice. She helped us choose the right carpet, tiles, backsplash and rubber flooring for our home gym. I was so glad that I took Tracey's advice as she chose the perfect flooring for the gym and we love it. We also took her advice for the colour of tile in the entrance and are so glad we did! Tracey knows her stuff! We are thrilled with our flooring, it was installed well and we have not found any flaws with any of our flooring. We are very pleased and would certainly ask for Tracey's help if we needed more flooring or tile. In addition, I had to change my mind about colours many times and Tracey was very patient and helpful. She assured me she wanted me to be happy with the final product, and I am!
I found Ian Hurley's name on this site and decided to take a chance with our beloved dining room hutch. We needed it cut to fit a spot in our new home. Ian came to see it, gave us an estimate and came the next day to do the job. He was professional, insightful and paid very close attention to the wood, grain and screws of our piece. He even moved it into place, dusted it and plugged in the lights for it. I feel like he didn't charge me enough! I have saved his card as I won't do any stuff around the house if he is able and willing to help me at such a reasonable price! You will not be disappointed if you go with Ian Hurley!

The high rating for this company is well deserved. Upon speaking to Brian Faulkner, I learned that cables I was using were unsafe, but he did not upsell me on more expensive ones. He was professional, knowledgeable and helped me decide on the simplest and less expensive method of installing our audio-visual equipment. His rate was more than reasonable. If you don't want the frustration of assembling cords and cables, call these guys before they get too busy and jack up their rates. I plan to call them back when we upgrade our basic equipment to more complex things. Can't say enough good things about this new company!
