We were very pleased with Lyall's inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kindly fit us in during a time crunch. His report was very detailed with pictures and he even checked the house with infrared which was very helpful. Highly recommend and would be pleased to refer him to any friends who are looking for a great service. 5*
