Dishonest, does not pay the subcontractors, no tools, no experience, no construction knowledge, nothing ! I will give him. a big 0 !! Don’t call this Company!! He will not do the job and he will get your money!!

Stiven took a while to finish the job ... but then he provided discounts and additional work at no extra charge to compensate for the delay. Overall ... the process worked out.

Foundation Parging

Beware. Osmanaj Construction does poor work and doesn't stand by it. Parging applied to foundation and began to crack and chip a few weeks later. A real nightmare to deal with. Complaint filed with BBB.
