Ken and his guys did an awesome job on our walkway and stairs.
It was not easy to put a membrane on the walkway, which is used by 12 units, but they finally made it. When one of the owners returned home from a trip on Sunday noon and needed to get home, Ken came by the time of their arrival to help them out. One area had to be painted three times, as it was smeared by tenants due to lack of attention, and Ken used all his ingenuity to excel in making it shine. Thank you!

Thank you STRATA NW2966! We love strata projects. Probably the most challenging as we need to work around the many owners and residents coming and going. This was especially true as we stripped, cleaned, sealed and applied Masterseal Traffic bearing liquid membrane on the walkway in sections over time. Rebuilding the large front multilevel staircase with treated wood framing and Timbertech composite deck boards, new aluminum handrails made your older building look new again.
