Professional, honest, and pleasure to deal with. Jason is all that. Him and his team did a quick patchwork on a number of shingles after a storm. Price was fair, and there were no surprises.
Jason gets five stars for:
- calling to apologize for running 15min late.
- covering up a hole where birds lived for free and refusing to take any money for it
- just being very normal, with zero hint of upsell. When I asked him how much would it be for a full roof replacement, he said it was a bit too late in the season, but he'd be happy to come back next year.
I'll most certainly be calling him back. Thanks again!
