50 year old Hardwood Sand/Refinish
Having purchased an older home (1957), we were debating a new install for our floors. After finding, visiting, and talking with Ky we were immediately comfortable with his knowledge and experience and were convinced that a sand/refinish was all that we needed. As you will see in the pictures, the results were amazing. Ky is very professional and patient, handling our tough stain colour decisions (10 mixtures later) with ease.

I'm always happy when a customer loves their customized floor color. I would have done a 100 color samples if I had to but I'm glad we nailed it after just 10 :) We really appreciated the fact you had the floor all ready to go us when we arrived because it lets us get straight to work we we get there. I'm sure the kids and dogs will be testing our floor to see if they're "bull tough". Thanks for being a great customer.
