Work was done on a 1940's house with significant parts of the foundation covered with several layers of parging, much of which was cracking off. Dana Sirois spent many days chipping off the old parging and making the necessary repairs, all while educating me and several neighbours. The final touch was the application of a waterproof coating which really enhanced our house's appearance. This was a truly fantastic job. Dana Sirois is very much an experienced pro who takes great pride in the quality of his work. It shows - our neighbours comment frequently how good our foundation looks. We would gladly recommend The Foundation Guys. We also appreciated Jerry Sirois' quote for the work. Some quotes that we received only had 2 lines written which didn't adequately capture the work to be done. Jerry's quote had enough detail to give us the confidence that we knew what we were getting. This year with so much precipitation and run off the 3 way sump pump system alleviated worries about flooding.Jerry and his team installed it and stress was relieved. They were courteous and respectful of my home covering floors where traffic took place. Joe and Pro worked hard to bury outdoor piping. I would recommend their work to anyone.

The work involved reparging, reinforcing and restoring the existing garage foundation that was breaking down and disintegrating, and spraying the existing brick walls, that were discolouring due to water splashes from the adjacent sidewalk, with a moisture protection spray..We are very pleased with the results of the work.
