On July 11th, Pro Fence started the fence to my yard and installed 2 gates front and back. On July 13th, the fence was completed. Final payment was given with verbal agreement to fix the front fence that was not installed prolerly. Jorge Jr agreed to come the following week to fix the front gate. The hinges split the wood, no metal post was installed to hold the gate closed, back gate does not open and Jorge has promissed to come fix this problem. Jorge agreed it was not installed properly from the start. We are now 4 months later and my gate is falling apart. I'm extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. We trusted Jorge and Pro Fence had great reviews. Unfortunately for us, we are left to contact lawyers in order for Pro Fence to honor their 3 year warantee.
