City Boss Residential Roofing

REVIEW UPDATE (April 2022):

We had our roof replaced with City Boss June 2020. Initial impressions with customer service and after install were good, gave them 10 stars. This has now changed after two years.

As many of the reviews point out, they are FAST with the roof replacementswithout exception they were very fast, approximately 4 hours start to finish for our average sized home. While most homes in our community would average 1 1/2 to 2 days from other roofing companies. They appear to have a process of reducing their install time by putting more people on the job. Although, this does not mean getting a quality installation. Weve discovered some significant problems since the installation of our new roof and will be having a third-party inspection to ensure there are no additional problems. We will update the review with more detail once the inspection is complete.

This company may be fast but our experience has proven that fast compromised a quality installation. These issues could have been avoided if they took more time and attention on the install. My advice, if you plan on having your roof replaced with any roofing company, inspect the roof and attic if you have the ability to or hire a third party inspector/contractor, as the residential roofing industry has no requirement for inspection. Added cost but worth it in my opinion.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (June 2020): Day of Installation.

Excellent. The process from quote to install was seamless. Jordan was very helpful and always available to discuss the products, install, scheduling etc. Overall price was competitive, communication and professionalism was top notch. The new roof looks great, will definitely use City Boss Roofing in the future.
