City Boss Residential Roofing

It is not very often that you come across a company like City Boss where the level of service, communication and final product are all outstanding. We had some frost in our attic and were concerned about a possible leak during the Spring thaw. Jordan listened to our concerns, offered some possibilities for troubleshooting and set up time for an inspection. He provided a very accurate quote over the phone and followed up by email with helpful information. His serviceman arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. He identified that we were missing some roofing shingles. These were quickly replaced and additional exposed areas were tarred and repaired. The serviceman was polite, tidy and efficient. The final cost was exactly what was quoted (no surprises). We received a follow up email with pictures of our roof/attic showing before and after images of what was repaired. From my initial call with Jordan to the email recap, City Boss roofing was terrific. I would highly recommend them for any roofing issues. Honesty and reliability are hard to come by in the trades, and I feel like City Boss really lives up to a high standard.
