Worst customer service ever! I was trying to exchange a product, no response to my emails and calls. I gave up!
When I realized there were some missing parts for the item I purchased, again no response to any of my calls and emails. The rep (Sam) asked me to send pics, measurements, etc. I did all that, hoping that this would help. No effort to resolve the issue at their end, absolutely no response.
I think the company policy is to make sure they sell their products no matter what, and then to make sure there are no returns, exchanges or fixing defective products.
Stay away from this company!
