Thank you Richard for assisting us in getting your company to come out and inspect our property for Racoon infestation. It was very annoying to our tenants, and I was very stressed and worried because the tenants were panicking as the raccoons noise was depriving them of their sleep at night.

On his first visit Richard confirmed the existence of a family of raccoons comprising of a mother and 4 babies., which he immediately removed them humanely.
He then repaired and put in a racoon intrusion blockade to prevent a future occurrences.
Richard then followed up his repairs and made multiple visits to ensure that the raccoons did not come back.
We complied with his assessment and got new roofing shingles installed.
We are very pleased with the work done by him his company and would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a similar service.
